Carsten Becker

Founder and Managing Director. Born 28 October 1970. His parents infected him with a "travel virus" by taking him and his brother all over Europe and to Michigan while they were young. Also following the footsteps of his parents he attended high school in Michigan, broadening his horizon tremenduously and already (at that time unconsciously) setting the foundation for his working career. After graduating from Davison High School in Michigan in 1987 Carsten went back to complete his high school education in Germany.

Following his military service Carsten received his initial job training at Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel and went on to complete his academic education by attending and graduating from Kall College of Tourist Business Administration and Management.
 
Today Carsten is responsible for directing all operations of i2c Tourmanagement, creating individual travel concepts and itineraries, selection of hotels and director of i2c VIP Service.

Bianca Becker-Leweling

Assistant to Managing Director. Born on 4 March 1975 Bianca started her travelling career also at a young age with her family throughout Europe and attended High School in Glasgow, Scotland.
 
After completing her academic education in Germany she joined Parkhotel Gütersloh to receive her initial training in the hotel industry. 3 years later she was hired by the Kempinski Hotel Frankfurt Gravenbruch and subsequently worked as assistant to the food and beverage director. From there she moved on to Lufthansa German Airlines, broadening her international experience.
 
Today Bianca is responsible for all matters related with food and beverages and director of i2c Wedding Planning.
